Silverback provides private property towing throughout Lancaster to all property types including commercial and residential complexes.
The following information is provided to assist you with their services.
As per the service agreement, if your lot is on an "on call" basis they will provide service in accordance with the following procedure:
- An authorized individual (as listed on service agreement) calls Sliverback’s office to request service.
- Silverback will dispatch a truck to your location and contact you when the truck arrives.
- The individual who requested the call will meet our driver in the lot, identify the vehicle to be towed and sign an authorization form.
- Silverback will tow the vehicle away.
Silverback will tow the vehicle only if an authorized individual signs the authorization form. Silverback will not under any circumstance release the names of authorized caller to any individual who calls for or claims a towed vehicle. Property owners or agents should notify Silverback when revisions are necessary to the authorized caller list.
Patrol or Check Lots:
As per the service agreement, if your property is on a patrol or check basis they will provide service as follows:
Silverback will issue parking permits and passes (if needed) to the property owners or management agent. These permits and passes must be placed on vehicles in an area visible to the tow operators. Any vehicle without a permit or passes will be towed away.
Silverback will NOT be responsible for vehicles parked in your lot without a permit or pass. It is the responsibility of the property owner or agent to inform tenants that a permit or passes must be on the vehicle. If a tenant allows a friend, relative or anyone else to use his parking lot/space a parking permit or passes must still be on or in vehicle. If for some reason a vehicle will be parked in the lot without a permit or passes, the property owner or agent must inform Silverback not to tow the vehicle. Silverback does not accept business cards or notes on the vehicle in the place of a parking permit or passes.
If your lot is to be used for a special event, please notify Silverback to temporarily place your lot on hold for the time period.
